mac2 sell only does the computer itself...
If I read mac2sell right the mini is worth $620. Plus $80 for KB, throw in mouse. That's $700. You might find iwork on ebay for $50 but I'm not sure if most buyers care. Maybe $750 shipped?

I had a similar problem, run through the steps.
If you are running 4.2.1 stop reading, they will say it's "jailbroken", but it is really not.
1. I used Limera1n and did not receive an icon either. I had to use Greenpois0n.
2. When you used GreenPois0n, did you see command-line run on your touch? If not, it's not jailbroken.
3. Try redsn0w, it's not as simple, but it is way more effective.
4. If you... Wait... I thought it was impossible to jailbreak a iPT 4G right now!:eek:

this may sound stupid of me but i want to get a cool looking keyboard and mouse, i'm thinking of the pro style mouse (i know it's not a scroll) i guess i should have said that from the get go. sorry.

I think that will do it. I did the same thing with older pictures, too. You can then just switch libraries to use the one you want.
You can easily test it by exporting the folder as a new library and then switching libraries to look at it to make sure it looks right before you delete that folder off the internal drive.

If I remember this right when I installed OS X on my G3's
I had to install 9.0 > 9.1 >9.2.0 >9.2.1>9.2.2 to get it to work in OS X
the OS 9 installer is the one that had the firmware updates, and I think 8.6 had one too.
Make sure you HD format is the right one too. I think it is supposed to be Mac OS Extended in order to install OS X, so you might have to wipe the hard drive.
BTW I got rid of OS 9.2 from the G3's about a month later so you might just want to install OS X on a clean drive.

I like the mba, but they are so god awful slow. Maybe im just used to fast computers but no way i could use current gen of mba. Maybe next time but 6 year old tech is a bit to old for me.

Apple were going to make the Facetime protocol an open standard. Its up to others to pick it up. Personally, I'm surprised Apple haven't already made a Facetime app for windows.
I've been waiting for an announcement of them opening the standard for a while now but it still hasn't happened. As a cross platform standard I'd definitely be interested in using it but as of now, I can't.

Again, I'm not sure the pram is on this battery board. I would suspect anyways that the computer would overwrite something upon boot if the pram was present.. otherwise it would leave it as it was before.
I would imagine the system woudl have problems over the long term, but I'm only using it for itunes streaming with a power adapter.

I read iCon. And while it was informative, and give me a new perspective on Steve's life... I'll be frank, the book kinda sucked. The author is very biased, and isn't too great of a writer at that. So I suggest you read iCon from a library, don't bother buying it.
